Microwave Heating Instructions: (Based on 1100 watt oven) 1. Leave omelet in wrapper, open one end. 2. Microwave on high. Product should be heated to 165 degrees F internal temperature. 3. Let cool for 30 seconds, remove from wrapper and enjoy. 1 Omelet: 1 min., flip omelet, microwave for another 1 minute. 2 Omelets: 2 min., flip omelets, microwave for another 2 minutes.
