Storage & Safe Handling Instructions: Keep frozen prior to use. Do not refreeze thawed product. The product is cooked when an internal temperature of 165 degrees F (74 degrees C) is reached. Do not cook in toaster oven. Microwave ovens vary in power. These instructions are guidelines only.

Cook thoroughly.
Microwave Instructions (1200 Watts): 1. Remove bowl from carton and lift corner of plastic film. 2. Microwave on high (100%) for 4 minutes 30 seconds to 5 minutes, stir halfway. Let product stand in microwave for 1 minute after cooking before removing. Please use caution when removing from the microwave as bowl and tray will be hot. 3. Pull off film. Use caution when opening, hot steam. Serve and enjoy!
